Cervera chose Viametrics for its 70 shops.

Cervera is Sweden's largest chain of shops for kitchen and dining products. Today, the chain has some 70 shops across Sweden following its acquisition of the Duka shops and NK Glas, Porslin & Kök in the summer of 2009. Viametrics has installed visitor counter systems in virtually all these shops.

"The Viametrics system allows us to monitor the conversion rate in our shops and produce analysis data which is very important for us," explains Cervera's Business Controller, Carl Aschan.

Following the acquisition of Duka last year, work is now under way to install a shared shop information system in all the shops. Cervera is already using the Viametrics Entrance system to keep track of customer flows in all its shops.
